I visited city of
Oulu in northern Finland to do lighting in
contemporary dance production. Oulu is all most as flat as Copenhagen and Amsterdam and cycling is very popular here too. No matter the winter coldness they still ride here.
Winter cycling congress is also held in Oulu in february 2013.
